For independent event venue owners
Stop wondering where the next booking is coming from. Start running a venue that books itself.
You've got a great space. What you're missing is the lead generation system behind it. We install the website, Google profile, email follow-up, and CRM that turn inquiries into booked weekends — the same system I built for my own Nashville venue.
Most venue marketing problems aren't spending problems. They're systems problems.
More ad budget on top of a broken foundation just burns money faster. Before paid traffic can work, your website, Google Business Profile, lead capture, and follow-up have to actually function as a system. Most venues are missing four out of five.
- Eventective, The Knot, Facebook ads — you tried them all and the calendar still has holes.
- Inquiries are living and dying in your Gmail inbox with no real follow-up.
- Your website looks fine but barely generates a lead a week.
- Venues with worse spaces are showing up above you on Google.
- Bookings come in feast-or-famine cycles you can't predict.
- You suspect something is broken — you just don't know what.

Your Calendar Fills Itself
Predictable inquiries. Automated follow-up. A pipeline you can actually see. You focus on hosting events; the system focuses on filling them.
What gets installed
The full lead generation system — not another marketing experiment
Every piece below works together. That's the difference between a system and a pile of tactics.
Google Business Profile That Ranks
Optimized so couples and planners searching in your market actually find your venue first — not the competitor down the road.
A Website That Converts
StoryBrand-built site that makes the visitor the hero and turns browsers into booked tours.
Email Sequences That Follow Up For You
Done-for-you nurture sequences so no inquiry dies in your inbox — every lead gets the right message at the right time.
Lead Capture That Actually Captures
Forms, lead magnets, and CRM intake wired together so every interested visitor ends up in your pipeline.
A Custom CRM, Built In
Track every inquiry from first click to signed contract. The same CRM I built for my own venue, installed for yours.
Monthly Reporting You Understand
Real numbers — leads, tours, bookings, revenue. No vanity metrics. You'll always know exactly what's working.
What changes
Two ways to run your venue next year
Without the system
- ×Empty Saturdays you can't explain
- ×Burning ad budget with nothing to show
- ×Inquiries lost in a Gmail inbox
- ×Feast-or-famine months and constant stress
- ×No idea what's actually working
With the system installed
- Qualified inquiries landing in your pipeline every week
- Automated follow-up working while you sleep
- A calendar you can plan and staff months in advance
- Predictable monthly revenue you can finally count on
- Freedom to focus on running great events

I built this system because I needed it first.
I'm John Mark. I co-run Foundry Events, an industrial event venue in Nashville. Eventective didn't work. Facebook ads burned budget. Word of mouth plateaued. So I built the whole lead generation system myself — custom CRM, StoryBrand email sequences, Google Business Profile, the works. It worked. Now I install that same system for venue owners stuck in the same loop I was in.
I'm not an agency that studied venues from the outside. I'm a venue operator who became the marketing strategist from the inside.
